DIRECTIONS
Adults take 1 softgel 2 times a day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience gastroesophageal reflux. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours after consumption. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
