L-Arginine is a non- essential amino acid that is involved in protein synthesis. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Helps to prevent thiamine deficiency, maintain proper muscle function and to form red blood cells.

L-Glycine 20 mg
Thiamin (thiamine mononitrate) 5 mg
Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 200 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Fructose, citric acid, sorbitol, beetroot red, natural peach flavour, natural flavour, silicon dioxide, xanthan gum, and guar gum.

DIRECTIONS

Adults blend 1 scoop (12.5 g) with 118 ml (4 fl oz) of water daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
