Shipping & Return Policy
Orders require up to 3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping.
Shipping is through Canada Post and can take up to 7 to 10 business days.
When available, back-ordered item(s) will be shipped free of charge.
Difficult to Serve Locations
These are locations that Canada Post refers to as remote or "Air Stage Locations" - locations where mail must be airlifted more than 6 months of the year, with postal codes beginning in A0, X0 and Y0 (for a full list of remote postal codes see www.canadapost.ca) Packages being sent to remote or "Air Stage Location" are subject to shipping charges.
Our goal at Bhealthy.ca is that you are totally satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience. We accept returns up to 60 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Opened or used products are not returnable. Perishable goods such as food are also exempt from being returned.
If you would like to make a return, please email info@BHealthy.ca with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and your reason for the return. One of our friendly staff members will be in contact with you to outline how to proceed with your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider tracking your package or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
