Medicinal Ingredients
Each ml contains- Ginger* (Zingiber officinale, 1:5 rhizome extract) 100mg
- Aloe (Aloe vera, 1:4 latex extract) 62.5mg

Recommended Use
Constipation tincture is used for short-term relief of occasional constipation
DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take 3ml at bedtime, 2 - 3 times in the first week. Take on an empty stomach, a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Allow at least 6 - 12 hours for a laxative effect to occur. If results are not observed, increase frequency to a maximum of 3ml every night at bedtime. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 week.
Contraindications
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have liver or gallbladder disorders, abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn’s or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes, haemorrhoids, or diarrhoea.
Cautions
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder, faecal impaction, or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or fever.
Drug Interactions
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac medications, such as cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic medications, thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root, or other medications or health products that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
Side Effects
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble or hypersensitivity. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms, or diarrhoea.
