Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Mineral Tablet: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg.), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium chain triglycerides).

DIRECTIONS

Adult female take one packet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Each packet contains two (green) Multi tablets and four (white) Mineral tablets. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
